1 Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To use 54bt's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above.
• You must be a real individual and create an account for yourself.
• All information you provide must be true, complete, and up to date.
• You must not have been previously banned from 54bt for one or more fraudulent activities.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each person is permitted only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

1.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

54bt offers a welcome bonus for new members. The terms of this bonus are as follows:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000
• Wagering requirement: 10 times (10x) the bonus amount
• After claiming the bonus, the requirements must be met within the specified time limit
• If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each person may use each bonus offer only once
• Bonus abuse (bonus arbitrage or betting pattern manipulation) is prohibited
• 54bt reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer
• Bets placed with a bonus must be made on the relevant game — completing wagering requirements using only low-risk betting strategies is not permitted

4.3 VIP Program

54bt's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback available at each level:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your activity and engagement on the platform. 54bt holds the sole right to evaluate VIP status.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All gaming activities on 54bt are governed by the following policies:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG)
• Software from gaming providers Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others is used
• If a technical error disrupts the outcome of a game, that round may be considered void
• If an unintentional bet is stuck due to a disconnection, 54bt's decision will be final

5.2 Sports Betting

Betting on various sports events — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC tournaments), football (including FIFA events), kabaddi, and boxing — is governed by the applicable rules. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet refund policy will apply.

5.3 Erroneous Payouts

If an incorrect payout is displayed due to a software error, misconfiguration, or any other technical issue, 54bt reserves the right to void and correct that payout. In such cases, the "void erroneous payout" policy applies.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Stealing or using another user's account information
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial crimes
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Registering with false or misleading information

• Chargeback fraud (making false claims after completing a payment)
